Inquiry data is retained for 24 months; active-client data is retained for the duration of the engagement plus seven years for tax and regulatory purposes.

We use industry-standard administrative, physical, and technical safeguards to protect your personal information, including encrypted connections (TLS 1.3), encrypted storage, access controls, and regular security reviews.

10. Children

Our services are directed to healthcare practices and their operators. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 16. If you believe we have collected information from a child, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the latest change. Material changes will be communicated to active clients by email.
