Do Not Sell My Personal Information

1. Our position

Magnus Webservices does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. This is a core commitment, not a marketing line. We earn our revenue from professional services paid for by our clients — not from monetising anyone’s data.

2. What we never do

• We do not sell personal information to data brokers
• We do not share personal information with advertisers
• We do not license email lists to third parties
• We do not use patient data collected via client websites for any purpose other than operating those websites on behalf of the client

3. What we do with service providers

To deliver our services, we share limited personal information with a small number of vetted service providers (hosting, analytics, email delivery, payment processing). Each signs a data-processing agreement. They cannot sell or repurpose your data. The list of providers is available on request.

4. Your rights under Canadian law

Under PIPEDA and Quebec Law 25, you have the right to:

• Know what personal information we hold about you
• Request access to, correction of, or deletion of that information
• Request data portability (Quebec Law 25)
• Withdraw consent at any time
• Lodge a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada

5. Submit a data request

To exercise any of these rights, email info@magnuswebservices.ca with the subject line “Data Request.” Include your full name, the email address you’ve used with us, and a description of your request. We respond within 30 days.
