Magnus Webservices is committed to ensuring that our website and services are accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. Accessibility is both a legal obligation and a core brand commitment.

1. Our commitment

We design, build, and maintain magnuswebservices.ca and all client-facing deliverables to meet or exceed the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, as required by the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA).

2. What this means in practice

• Sufficient colour contrast for all text and interactive elements
• Keyboard navigation for every page and feature
• Visible focus indicators on every interactive element
• Descriptive alternative text for all meaningful images
• Proper semantic HTML and ARIA roles where required
• Clear heading hierarchy on every page
• Forms with visible labels and inline validation messaging
• A “skip to main content” link for screen-reader users
• Respect for the prefers-reduced-motion browser setting
• Touch targets sized at least 44 × 44 pixels on mobile

3. Ongoing testing

Accessibility is not a one-time project. We run automated audits, manual keyboard-only testing, and screen-reader spot-checks on every website we build, on every major release, and at least once per quarter for active client sites.

4. Known limitations

Despite our efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible. If you encounter a barrier on our Site or a Magnus-built client site, please let us know so we can address it promptly.
